Pot Roast Starter


16 oz.

Ingredients:  Carmelized onions, water, Merlot wine, red wine vinegar, carrots, rice starch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt) light brown sugar, Dijon mustard (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, salt, water, white wine, spices), Portabella mushrooms, salt, Worcestershire concentrate (water distilled vinegar, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, sugar, spices, tamarind, natural flavor), celery, sundried tomotoes, red bell pepper, dehydrated garlic,natural flavor,spice, thyme, bay leaves and citric acid.  (contains mustard, soy and wheat).

Recipe:  Brown a 3 pound roast in olive oil in a large dutch over over mediu, high heat.  Add one jar of Pot Roast Starter, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender.

Crockpot: Brown a 3 pound roast in a large skillet, then transfer to a crockpot .  Add one jar of Pot Roast Starter, cover and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or until tender.  

Recipe serves about 6.
